Estamos trabajando junto con Avintia y MANO Arquitectura en el corazón de los Pirineos españoles en un espectacular proyecto ubicado en Baqueira Beret, en Val d’Aran, provincia de Lleida.
Este es un enclave único, de clima atlántico, lo que confiere unas excelentes condiciones a la zona para realizar deportes de invierno.
Está bañado por los ríos Garona y Noguera Pallaresa, que nacen en el Pla de Beret.
Es un valle rodeado de picos, algunos de ellos de 3.000 metros de altitud, con más de 200 lagos. Algunos, como el Mar o el Tort de Riu, figuran entre los mayores del Pirineo español. Sus extensos bosques contienen pinos, abetos y hayas.
El Val d’Aran conserva y mantiene su riquísimo patrimonio artístico-cultural, cuenta con numerosísimas iglesias de estilo románico tales como Salardu, Arties, Vielha o Bossost, entre otras, que cuentan en su interior con tallas de imágenes románicas como el Cristo de Salardu, Casarilh y Vielha, o las singulares pilas bautismales de Arties, Vilac o Villamos, obras de arte que datan de los siglos XII y XIII, constituyendo un patrimonio artístico muy apreciado.
Sus pueblos, con una arquitectura muy característica, presentan edificios de piedra, pizarra y madera, destacando especialmente sus ya mencionadas iglesias.
Así es Baqueira Beret por lo que el proyecto de Avintia Inmobiliarios y Mano Arquitectura nace de la necesidad de crear una arquitectura integrada y respetuosa con el entorno, pero con una visión más vanguardista.
Este ha sido el eje principal de MANO Arquitectura para el desarrollo de este exclusivo proyecto, que consta de 38 viviendas familiares, todas ellas con vistas al Val d’Aran y acceso directo a sus pistas de ski.
Hay tres tipos de viviendas, con una superficie que oscila entre 360 y 530m2. Todas ellas cuentan con un ski room privado, entre otras características. Un “diseño de vanguardia, pero respetando lo tradicional, con la huella de Mano Arquitectura”, según Avintia Inmobiliaria.
La compañía, que pertenece al grupo Avintia está llevando a cabo las obras de urbanización simultáneamente a las de edificación, en colaboración con la empresa constructora del grupo, Avintia Construcción.
La primera fase consta de 14 viviendas.
SURCO interiors se encarga de todo el equipamiento y revestimiento interior en madera. Ya sean suelos, techos, paredes, puertas o escaleras, todo se fabrica por encargo.
Incluso el revestimiento de las vigas se ejecuta con nuestro roble artesanal y especialmente seleccionado.
Es un proyecto residencial absolutamente único en España, por lo que estamos encantados de que Mano Arquitectura y Avintia nos hayan elegido para formar parte de este proyecto excepcional.

We are working in collaboration with Avintia and MANO Arquitectura in the heart of the Spanish Pyrenees on a spectacular project located in Baqueira Beret, in Val d’Aran, Lleida province.
This is a unique enclave with an Atlantic climate, which provides excellent conditions for winter sports in the area.
It is surrounded by the Garonne and Noguera Pallaresa rivers, which originate in the Pla de Beret.
It is a valley surrounded by peaks, some of them reaching heights of 3,000 meters, with more than 200 lakes. Some, like Mar or Tort de Riu, are among the largest in the Spanish Pyrenees. Its extensive forests are home to pine, fir, and beech trees.
Val d’Aran preserves and maintains its rich artistic and cultural heritage, with numerous Romanesque churches such as Salardu, Arties, Vielha, or Bossost, among others, which house Romanesque images like the Christ of Salardu, Casarilh, and Vielha, as well as unique baptismal fonts in Arties, Vilac, or Villamos, artworks dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries, constituting a highly valued artistic heritage.
The villages, with their distinctive architecture, feature buildings made of stone, slate, and wood, with their aforementioned churches being especially noteworthy.
This is Baqueira Beret, and the project of Avintia Inmobiliarios and Mano Arquitectura arises from the need to create integrated and environmentally respectful architecture with a more avant-garde vision.
This has been the main focus of MANO Arquitectura in developing this exclusive project, consisting of 38 family homes, all with views of Val d’Aran and direct access to its ski slopes.
There are three types of homes, with sizes ranging from 360 to 530 square meters. All of them come with a private ski room, among other features. “Cutting-edge design, but respecting tradition, with the hallmark of Mano Arquitectura,” according to Avintia Inmobiliaria.
The company, which belongs to the Avintia Group, is carrying out urbanization and construction simultaneously in collaboration with the group’s construction company, Avintia Construcción.
The first phase consists of 14 homes.
SURCO interiors is responsible for all the custom wood interior equipment and cladding, including floors, ceilings, walls, doors, and stairs.
Even the beams are finished with our specially selected artisanal oak.
